Tibby is sarcastic and fed up, annoyed at being the only one left at home for the summer. To pass the time Tibby starts filming a documentary of life in her town. She becomes even more irritated by Bailey, a twelve year old who takes it upon herself to ‘help’ with Tibby’s filming. But Bailey has a secret that will change Tibby’s views on life and death and teach her to tolerate other people.
